NATIONAL SECURITY RESOURCE CENTER

It’s Friday at 5 and the phone call comes that a store’s alarm can’t be repaired tonight. You need a security officer to remain outside the store until store opening the following day. What do you do???  Call 800-930-1001.

APA can provide your organization with uniformed security officer coverage throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The benefits to a security director to utilize this service are:

  • Single Point of Contact – with APA you have the one-stop shop. Tired of having pages of names and phone numbers, of calling companies that are now out of business, concerned about licensing and insurance??? With one call to our National Security Resource Center, you can schedule, emergency, temporary or permanent security officer coverage in the USA, Canada or Puerto Rico.
  • High Quality – APA can provide better service than the large, national guard companies because we have defined a nationwide affiliate network of hundreds of top ranked small to medium sized security guard and investigative companies. The key to our success is utilizing smaller security companies where an owner or decision maker can be reached immediately and has pride in his/her business. You don’t have to deal with the local, regional quality problems that you have become used to when dealing with other national security companies.

Our clients have the ability to have a guard, or better yet, a supplier removed from their account for any inferior performance. Again, one call to APA is all it takes to have the guard or that company removed and another in its place.

APA prescreens our suppliers for valid state licensing, current insurance, training, experience and supervisory procedures before they are allowed to work for a client company.

Your company will have access to the best security providers in each market without the hassle.

  • Integrity – Our good reputation is vital to our business. We go to great lengths to insure that our invoice accurately reflects exactly the time the officer was on site. Every officer calls our National Security Resource Center to report arrival and departure time. Each site is furnished with an APA time sheet so the Client’s manager can verify the actual hours worked. APA then reviews each time sheet and clears any discrepancy before furnishing a final invoice to the Client. This process is time consuming but our Invoice Integrity is of utmost importance to us.
  • Responsiveness to our Customers – Ask our clients and they will tell you… we are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand our clients’ needs, understand that circumstances change and know that you need us to be ready to assist you at a moment’s notice. When you call, you won’t get an answering machine, you will get a committed professional who will work diligently to provide you with security coverage.
  • Insurance Protection – Our clients’ exposure to risk has been reduced by using APA. When you utilize our services, your organization has two levels of protection… insurance coverage provided by APA and also our local provider. We verify that each and every provider is licensed and insured!

Let our National Security Resource Center assist you with Uniformed Security Coverage for emergencies, planned renovations, natural disasters, overnight cleaning or alarm malfunctions.

Don’t waste your staff’s valuable time trying to find guard companies and set up coverage. Have them make one toll free call to 800-930-1001

Case Study

Problem: A national specialty retailer discovers they may have a “peeping Tom” problem in various stores throughout the country. The problem is realized on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. It is decided to place a uniformed female security officer near the fitting rooms in the affected stores.

Process: APA’s National Security Resource Center works to quickly assign coverage from Honolulu to Philadelphia using their national network of security providers. The NSRC staff works with the local provider to assign staff, provide post orders and schedule hours.

Result: The client is notified early Friday morning that security officers will arrive at the affected stores at store opening. The officers will each call in and out at the beginning and end of their shift to the NSRC. Billing will be reviewed by NSRC staff for accuracy and the client will receive one invoice detailing the hours at each store. Incidents of Peeping Toms became non-existent in these stores.
